We work with small businesses, organisations and individuals to help them develop meaningful communications online, build brand and reputation and understand how to use social media effectively.
This is a general outline of how we work with clients and the way we approach projects:
Scope of project
- The majority of work is via a set fee and in order to ensure we are on target, we must agree on the scope of work prior to commencement.
- An initial telephone or skype discussion (some face to face locally may be arranged) we will ask some general questions about your objectives and needs.
- Do you require training?
- Have you an existing social media marketing strategy, plan or content calendar?
- Do you have clear content, images, logo ready to go?
- Do we need to organise or prepare content for you? We have partners in others areas which may fill gaps with design work and copywriting if that is required.
- Do you have existing marketing or other relevant plans which need to be taken into consideration.

Quotation/Proposal
After initial discussion we will them send you either an email or if a more detailed proposal is required, a PDF outlining the proposed details and comprehensive pricing including details around amendments and meetings, calls required.
50% upfront deposit
This is a non negotiable condition. Work that is under $500 requires a full up front payment of 100%. Balance is due prior to handover of completed works or prior to day of workshop or training sessions.
Commencement
We are unable to commence until the quotation has been accepted and deposit has been received. We will always do our best to meet deadlines, but we also rely on receiving information as requested from you in a timely fashion.
Brief and Draft
As noted in the point above, we commence once we have an acceptance of the quotation and the deposit, and any other materials which have been requested (such as images and logo files). After a telephone or skype discussion (or face to face locally may be arranged) which is generally around an hour or two, we produce a draft document or outline (depending on the project) which we then send to you to complete any gaps and approve. In the example of a detailed strategy we will be looking deeply into your industry, your brand “voice” and personality, your target audience and your objectives/goals. Depending on the project and research involved this stage can take up to two weeks.
Further meeting
A further telephone, skype or face to face meeting (if local) is generally required after you have received the draft and returned with any changes, amendments or add ons.
The final document will then be sent to you.Final payment
Once we have completed the final document, the balance of the invoice is required within the payment terms (generally 7 days).
Any created content is then uploaded to your dropbox or Google drive files (if appropriate).
